What is your cloud provider?​

Webcapsule is currently built on AWS. The container manager is AWS ECS. Over time, Webcapsule plans to offer multi-cloud support.

What are your pricing options?​

Subscribing to Webcapsule is done through a monthly subscription. Webcapsule optimizes the cost and sizing of AWS machines, which remain your responsibility. This way, you save on human intervention costs and free up time for your teams.

How do I migrate my project to Webcapsule?​

It is often difficult to change providers, so we assist you in creating a robust, proven, and efficient migration plan.

What kind of support do you offer?​

We believe that an automated solution should come with responsive and attentive support. You will have a dedicated DevOps contact, and we respond quickly to your inquiries via email or phone.

How can I cancel my subscription?​

It's easy (but sad) to leave Webcapsule. When you leave, we deploy your infrastructure to an AWS account of your choice.
